ELAC

English Learner Advisory Committee is comprised of parents, staff and community members specifically designated to advise school officials on English Learner program services.  This committee is a valuable asset to help the school meet the needs of our English Learner students.  All interested parents are welcome!

Goals and Responsibilities include:

1. The ELAC shall be responsible for advising the executive director and staff on programs and services for English learners.
2. The ELAC shall assist the school in the development of  the school's needs assessment.
3. The ELAC will assist with the school's annual language census.
4. The ELAC will help make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance.
